Here's the latest attempt to pervert the course of justice by the Masterton Police prosecutor Garry Wilson and his girlfriend Liz Harpleton, a registrar at the Masterton Court, and disgraced, corrupt bully, ex Constable Paul Dallinger, who was apparently sacked from the NZ Police recently - or abruptly perfed out of the force (resigned in exchange for a huge payout, known as 'perfing') when the investigation into his sadistic criminal activities was instigated:
This was at the hearing which was adjourned after Police prosecutor Sgt Lawrence told Judge Hobbs she had a conflict at the formal proof hearing! Sgt Lawrence had a conflict on the 16th of July but suddenly she didn't have a conflict on 12th September? This will never stand up to cross examination - just like Paul Dallinger's 'evidence' will never stand up to cross examination - because he'll be asked about his sadistic and violent vendetta against me - about how he kicked in the door of a fourteen year old girl to handcuff me and wrestle me to the ground and waste the time of the Court, and the taxpayers, after he and Constable Harvey Pope leapt into action after this vague phone call from a person who made it perfectly clear that he didn't want to make a complaint:
Ex Constable Paul Dallinger and Constable Harvey Pope used this pathetic excuse to assault me, take the bicycle without permission or authority, and then smash in a fourteen year old girl's bedroom door, assault me again, lock me in Police cells for hours subjected to cruel and humiliating treatment as described by a number of lawyers. The caller (pictured above with one of the malicious instigators of this nasty vendetta, Kirsten Grenfell of Barnardos) made it perfectly clear he didn't want to pursue the matter! Constable's Pope and Dallinger had NO authority to assault me or take the bicycle whatsoever - let alone kick in the door and "arrest" me!
This is more evidence that local people do not support the actions of local Police - who tried to get the witness to support them - this is outrageous - the witness told them that she'd heard me tell them the bike wasn't stolen, and that I'd been riding it for months with the full permission of the owner to whom I'd be returning it shortly - Pope and Dallinger had no authority to take the bike at all and that's what I told them and that's what the witness heard. And even if there HAD been a complaint - which there WASN'T - it was no excuse for the way they behaved - kicking in a young girl's bedroom door because I allegedly swore at them? Outrageous violence, and out of all proportion to the alleged offence, and clear evidence of their sadistic and violent behaviour! Here's another statement from the person who Dallinger claimed gave them permission to smash the door in - this statement was made regarding another incident when they did the same thing after they came screaming into the driveway with sirens and lights going because they'd seen me without a bike helmet on - these people are still waiting for Police to pay for the damage they did to the door and they did NOT give permission at all, and neither did I give permission for them to take the bike - which was NOT stolen!
Here's what these gutless wonders have done now. After stealing my guitars and allowing their mates to take other property of mine, here's what they have done to my electronic keyboard, the one I used to teach kids music with.
Wayne Friend and the other violent P fuelled nutters who have moved into the house where I lived until recently have been smashing and destroying my property for months, and the corrupt Wairarapa Police condone and encourage it, while refusing to acknowledge my complaints. Merlene Chambers alias Shedlock has stolen my guitars, that were likewise used to teach kids music with, and corrupt local Police continue to refuse to do anything about it. Merlene's always having garage sales to sell all the stolen property she accumulates, to get money for her drugs and alcohol. Police continue to laugh at my complaints and refuse to investigate this mindless violence. This keyboard was among property of mine which remains at the Gallon Road address, owned by Tim Reynolds, it was recently found smashed inside my car - which is also at the address (Reynolds has the keys for it in his possession). It almost certainly has the fingerprints of the person/persons who destroyed it and placed it in the vehicle on it, but police refused to investigate this, and the keyboard disappeared from the car shortly after police officer Tony Mathieson visited the property in response to a complaint I made in front of witnesses at the police station after being "arrested" on another matter - in other words, police deliberately destroyed the evidence, or conspired to destroy the evidence.
This mindless violence happened after I took a couple of Karen King's kids riding on our horse, and asked the occupants of the address for my saddle and bridle, as well as this keyboard. Local bludger Karen King conspired with corrupt constable - EX constable now I believe - Paul Dallinger regarding the saddle and other property of mine at the address - Karen King will be the subject of another post in the very near future, now that I have a copy of her 'statement' to Constable Dallinger - so New Zealanders can see how their taxes are being wasted supporting Karen King and her growing brood of illegitimate children and the effect of King's destructive "social work", etc. Interesting that King's 'partner', Jack Yan, is the publisher/owner of 'Lucire' magazine, which seems to be Pearl Going's main supporter . . .
Then there is the little creep at the local Mobil garage, Robert Brooks, who fraudulently stole $60 from my bank account, made a fake profile on Facebook using a photo of me and my name, on which he reveals his true colours, but more revealingly, he sent me several messages from that Facebook account, threatening to "plaster your name all over town" and to poison our horse Flynn. Police have the technology to find out exactly who wrote this:
But they won't do anything about it because Robert Brooks is one of their nasty little friends - criminals have been getting away with murder - and child abuse - for years round here, thanks to the police policy of assigning officers to the very same communities where they grew up and went to school, ensuring that their mates are treated with kid gloves and anyone who questions them or their criminal mates is dealt to the way I have been since having the misfortune to move to the Wairarapa.
These threats are clear and unequivocal evidence of a crime, like the statements of the two JP's in the matter of local prostitute Rachel Betteridge, and police simply refuse to do anything about it, except persecute the victim. And last Monday night Robert Brooks did exactly what he threatened to do, putting up posters and spray painting obscene graffiti all over Carterton. His brain must be the size of a pea to blab on Facebook about it then do it, but that's the Wairarapa - the Police support and encourage these people and they do it again and again, like Michael Murphy. More photos will be uploaded to this post, evidence of crimes the police refuse to investigate.
Police were alerted immediately and asked to secure the CCTV camera footage they boast about all the time, the bet is that they will lie and say it's been deleted as they always do. The front of the Marquis Hotel and the Dance Studio over the road are covered by more than one camera. Police are refusing to take my complaints about it again, as usual, I have just come straight from the Masterton Police Station, after coming up here yet again for a Court hearing, only to find that I wasn't required because apparently the matter was called on the 27th January - after being set down for today! - and adjourned on 27th January until some other date (24th February I think) - after the Duty Solicitor refused to speak to me on the 27th January and I was refused the opportunity to address the Court. There's no justice in the Wairarapa. Many people went into the Police stations with the posters that were put up, Police went to great pains to prosecute me for bill sticking, but they refuse to fingerprint any of the recent notices about me, including those picked up with tweezers.

More local news: Masterton Police were branded "unprofessional cowboys" by Allan Kirk, chief executive of NZ Motorcycle Safety Consultants for leaving a burned out Harley Davidson, which caused an accident with a car, on the road for over three hours, creating an unnecessary hazard for other road users (Wairarapa Times-Age 1 February, page 3). Also, on page 1 of that paper is a report that Gary McPhee's dogs were recently shot for killing a neighbour's stud sheep. Typical of McPhee's irresponsible attitude and inability to manage his affairs - let alone manage public affairs!
And as for Allan Kirk calling other people "unprofessional cowboys", well perhaps Allan Kirk should ensure that his motorcycling mates wear high visibility vests when they're riding, these vests should be mandatory, and there is only one reason why they are not, because lawmakers are too gutless to try and tell the Harley Davidson louts what to do - it's easier to pick on cyclists like me and issue them with ticket after ticket for not wearing a cycle helmet (I don't wear one sometimes, and have a doctors letter explaining why, but almost always wear a high visibility reflective vest).
Police continue to refuse to accept my complaints or take any action whatsoever about any of them, but Constables Harvey Pope and Paul Dallinger - a couple of violent thugs - kicked in the bedroom door of a 14 year old girl to arrest me on the basis of this pathetic rubbish from Tim Reynolds - who is holding a large amount of my property illegally - while police.continue to refuse to assist me to recover it. When I attempted to do so Reynolds ordered me to leave, as the house was in the middle of nowhere and my bicycle had a puncture I borrowed his bicycle, which he'd bought when he lost his license one time but never actually ridden - he has about two dozen road legal cars, he knows as well as Pope and Dallinger that the bike would have been returned when I came back to collect my own bike and repair the puncture, at the time I didn't feel safe because of Reynolds's aggressive attitude and just wanted to leave as soon as possible - here's his pathetic call to emergency services: - And here is the shameful evidence of the reaction of local corrupt Constables Harvey Pope and Paul Dallinger to this pathetic phone call!:
It can be seen from these documents that there was at least one witness to this incident (I have obscured her name to protect her privacy) - Dallinger and Pope tried to convince her to back up their story but the witness refused to do so because she was shocked at their actions, like the witness who wrote the statement at this link. The claims by Pope that I told him the bike belonged to Reynolds or agreed to Pope taking it are BLATANT LIES - as anyone can see! Now, here is the second page of the records of the police communications centre regarding this incident, which shows evidence of the three calls the police call taker apparently made to Reynolds to try and talk him into making a formal complaint - Reynolds repeatedly said he didn't want to or intend to do so! Dallinger and Pope knew perfectly well that no crime had been committed! THIS is what sadistic, vindictive local officers are doing while they're deliberately covering up for child abusers and paedophilesand making sure that our region regularly has TWICE the national rate of suicide - in a country with some of the highest rates in the world - REGULARLY!

I have been the victim of assaults by local low life, and the police have protected the offenders, and accused the victim, as they have a history of doing, as in the violent drunken home invasion committed by Gary McPhee and his mate, and the attack by Michael Murphy and others on 11th February 2009.

Karen Friend
These are the pack of unemployed, homicidal maniacs who followed me out of the court last week screaming abuse and threats at me, witnessed by the Vicar of the local church. People like Karen Friend, who spent over an hour following me in her car last Sunday (12 Dec2010) threatening me, filming me with her phone as I was minding my own business as usual, riding along on my bike, obstructing me with her car, abusing and threatening me. She does it regularly.
Karen Friend is the mother of unemployed methamphetamine addict and general waste of space Wayne Friend. More on the pack at this link, and the association to the matter of the South End School, through Karen Friend's best mate Dallas Powell, ex Deputy Principal of the school. The Wairarapa has been like the Twilight Zone or something out of Deliverance or something, long before I ever came here.
Wayne Friend has moved into the house I was ordered by the Police and the Court to live in - after they opposed it recently and imprisoned me because of their opposition being so strong, he has recently moved most of my property out onto the road. He and his unemployed, thieving, drug addicted mates are still using a lot of my things, which are still locked inside the house. Other items of my property have been sold, given away and stolen by Friend and his mates.
I was ordered to live at the address by the Court and the Police, then Wayne Friend moved in and shifted my things out, then I was ordered not to communicate with the owner of the property by the same corrupt officials, locked in prison because of alleged "concerns over your bail address" - a flimsy excuse for barbaric cruelty and monumental abuse of power. Half my Court documents have been held at the Carterton Police station for months, unaccessible by me, and finally been dropped at the very address Police have been told to send my property, mail, etc, all along, the same address Police refused to return it to for months.
There were no grounds for the bail condition that I not contact Tim Reynolds orWayne Friend in any way, because I avoid all contact with weaselly Wayne Friend anyway, and need to communicate with Tim Reynolds regarding my property. Tim Reynolds has only very recently been bribed or blackmailed by Police into making any sort of formal complaint. His statements to Police (above) confirm that he didn't have a problem with communicating with me, or with me coming to the address., which is further confirmed by Constable Harvey Pope's statements (Pope Loses the Plot post) - "Raue still has a horse at the property which she is allowed to come and care for and ride". A witness confirmed to Police that Wayne Friend refused to give us the saddle or bridle and Tim Reynolds arrived shortly after and also refused to hand over any of my property.
Police are causing the violence, suicide, etc, in the Wairarapa. It was Police who told the lies to the South End School, and the Police told Wayne Friend that I "fiddled with [my] own little girl" and "stabbed someone before", and all the other rubbish. The same police who kicked in the door of a 14 year old girl's bedroom recently and refuse to investigate hundreds of local child abuse allegations because they involve them and their mates.

Remember that Tim Reynolds the owner of the property, invited me there, in writing, to see what Wayne Friend's mates had stolen, Friend had only been living htere a couple of weeks after bullying me out. Reynolds told Police he had invited me, and that I had only come to see what Friend's mates had stolen. Wayne Friend was the cause of the problems as usual, Reynolds should have made sure he stayed out of the way while I checked the missing property, instead Friend aggressively confronted me on arrival, ordered me to leave - with no authority to do so, and assaulted me.
The recording is clearly evidence of the attack on me. It describes how Friend confronted me on arrival, ignoring the fact that I had been invited in writing by the owner and occupant of the house, Tim Reynolds, to see what Wayne Friend's friend and fellow P addict Rachel Taylor had stolen from my room. Wayne Friend lies to Police, bleating about it being a home invasion, although he had only moved into one of the rooms in the house a couple of weeks earlier, after he had moved my belongings out (I'd lived there about a year and a half).
On 29th August 2010 I received a message from Tim Reynolds saying "Wayne found Rachel Taylor in yor room when he got outta the shower on sat nite they have fight then she left had a bag with her sori wasn't there" Rachel Taylor is well known as a local drug addict, a thief, and a police informer - and liar. Kirsten Grenfell was having an affair with the owner of the property and persuaded him to evict me, which is when this trouble began.

The following day on 30th August 2010 I received a text message from Tim Reynolds inviting me to the property to see what she had stolen. When I got there Friend confronted me, ordered me to leave, and called Police, as per the recording embedded below. In the recording it can be heard that Friend alleges I have stolen something of his, a general, unspecific allegation, and that I am assaulted and illegally detained (kidnapped) for some time. I was hysterical because I had been punched in the head and had my backpack ripped from my grasp, which contained the only thing I'd had time to locate in my room, a little blue music box with a small blue glass bottle containing some of the ashes of my deceased brother, and these two men were continuing to assault me as they roughly rummaged through the backpack and I feared the bottle would fall on the concrete floor and smash. My distress is entirely reasonable under the circumstances, Friend's ravings about a home invasion are not. I simply wanted to check what was missing and take whatever I could fit in the backpack I'd brought. Friend can be heard raving on about me having stabbed someone - complete and utter lies, and "she fiddled with her own daughter" - which is complete and utter lies of the worst possible kind. These lies are coming from the Police, who boast of a policy of breaking the law, the same way recidivist violent offender Gary McPhee did when he committed a drunken violent home invasion and assault on the occupants of a local flat, for which the corrupt local police never charged him or his accomplice. The occupant of the flat had just got out of hospital the day before after having a stroke, it was an appalling attack! Like the attack on me in my home by Michael Murphy on 11th February 2009 - starting to see the pattern yet, corrupt Police refuse to charge the attackers in each case, and charge the victims instead.
Friend then sent me a text message from his phone (027 270 5152) on 4 September 2010 saying "Tim has given me full control of the property you have 1 week to sort a place for your house stuff or the cops have a shed i CAN put it in :)dr feelgood :)"
I contacted the Police immediately. I had lived and paid rent at the property for a year and a half, Friend had illegally evicted me and let his friends steal my belongings and was now preventing me accessing them. I had also been bailed to live at the address by the Court and Police. I asked that Police make sure that my property was not touched until I had a chance to check what had been taken by Taylor.
On 4th September I went to the Carterton Police station to make a formal complaint about the assault and kidnapping on 30th August, and other assaults by Wayne Friend and his mates at the property. I was immediately assaulted by Constable Paul Dallinger, a nasty sadistic corrupt creep. The front door of the station was locked when I arrived, Dallinger was sitting inside with his feet up having a cigarette, and only opened the door after I rang the police communication centre and asked them to tell him to open the door.
He immediately assaulted me and handcuffed me, mocking my attempts to have my complaints taken. The assault continued for about 20 minutes outside the Police station and on the road, and was witnessed by a number of shocked locals. He transported me to the Masterton Police station, where I was tormented and assaulted for the next several hours. I requested all CCTV footage in writing on the bail bond I was asked to sign upon eventual release, and verbally at that time, and in writing again the following day in a letter to Senior Sergeant Murray Johnston who I have been told to deal with. His letters saying all the footage has been corruptly deleted will be posted today. In spite of his promises that my property wouldn't be touched until the matters were sorted out - I had been ordered to live at the address by the Police and the Court shortly after Police and the Court had imprisoned me after opposing the same address because of alleged fears of violence at the address - my belongings were thrown out onto the road by Friend shortly before Christmas.
The name of the woman in the picture below is Kirsten Grenfell of Upper Hutt, New Zealand. She works for Barnardoes, and they should have sacked her years ago! She hangs out with methamphetamine addicts and criminals in her spare time, and causes a considerable amount of domestic violence, which is so ironic given that she sucks up so much of our money working for an organisation that purports to be against domestic violence. The Manager of Barnardoes, Murray Edridge, covers up for her and ensures she keeps her job, he should be sacked too.
